Hi guys. Time to get in a good workout now before my show tonight at http://www.STR8cam.com. I’m working back today and I might even sneak in some biceps or triceps. Been trying to gain weight and trying to get my arms a little bigger while still maintaining my leans and cutness… it’s hard as you get older but I still enjoy training so it’s all good.
